Meaning any dog tested could be placed into its particular breed. With this new technology the use of generic terms like "pitbull" and "Pitbull Type" would become irrelevant. So, each fatal dog attack could be reported correctly.This would not end BSL, but it would take many dogs that are lumped into the "Pibull Type" pile, out of it.
